Over-all the animation itself is not bad, while on the other hand the story is very choppy and inconsistent. would have only gotten the story by reading the author's comments, and that's not a good thing. Now I know this is you're idea and all, but you're using characters from other series out of context of their own "universe" so to speak. For instance you can't just make a character switch sides without any clear reason. There needs to be a set up and legit motivations for the characters, especially for Vegeta. He has absolutely no motivation what-so-ever to conquer the Mushroom Kingdom, especially when both he and Goku are randomly thrown into a new world. Same thing with the sudden and unexplained appearance of Sonic. There's no prologue/intro, rising actions, or any type of set up for the story what-so-ever. Even though these characters exist in different realms, they they could simply be introduced gradually as if they were apart of each others world all along (ex Cross Epoch in Jump magazine). Anyway the main point is that you can have as many cross overs as you want but the story needs to be executed in such a manner that's easy to follow and comprehensible. With this it honestly doesn't matter if you watch the first episode because nothing is explained, and you're sent directly into the action. So I support you're future titles, just work on story and dialogue
The best part was the credits, no seriously if people actually took the time to look theres some funny little easter eggs there XD (p.s. not addtitional footage)
The fight it'self was well done, but I feel Lee was a little out off character and seemed a little to arrogant, but Still over all entertaining. Also try using different fonts for texts to match the moments. Also try less in drawn effect so that they look more natural, but the high res srites were decent. Good luck with your future projects.

I want to add to all the potential raging lee fans that might come by saying Lee is way faster, truth is he's not. He himself stated he believed Neji was the most powerful genin of the leaf dispite already having 8 gates in his arsonal. Neji's more consivative in his battles. Some would argue it's not shown in the anime/manga but it is, specifically in Neji's fight w/Kid%u014Dmaru. In Addition to that Neji might be able to keep up with 8 gates Lee seeing how he matched a Fox shroud Naruto (refering to when he has the red aurora). But Lee does 1 up him in stamina

Not bad for second animation

Cute little story
Would sound better with some music and more sound affects
I'll have a look into adding Sonic sounds soon. Maybe tomorrow, maybe next year. I'll do it though!

Great touch up
Another great addition to this great serise. Now no one really can't say you dont have originality because not only did you add 3-D effect, you showed off your drawing skills through the high-res sprites and actual drawings. You should up-grade the Mario and Luigi and Bowser sprites to the ones from Mario & Luigi RPG3/Bowser Inside Stories. Or even the ones from Partners in Time.
